Join the YWCA as we celebrate 150 years of the YWCA’s work to empower women and eliminate racism. The YWCA of Western Massachusetts is the nation’s tenth largest and one of the most effective providers of services for women who experience violence, their children who witness violence, and women and girls who are survivors of sexual assault.

Featuring Tarana Burke: Civil rights activist and founder of the #MeToo movement in 2006, Ms. Burke will speak about the future of the movement. We have all witnessed how #MeToo has sparked action and brought national attention to the issue of sexual assault. Now it’s time for healing to begin for women who are ready to renew and reclaim their lives and restore their sense of power.
