Join Us for Cocktails & a Rooftop View at the Big E!

Join Ad Club president Brenda McGiverin and the Ad Club board of directors at The Big E as we welcome our members for an exclusive rooftop gathering on Wednesday, September 25th on the grounds of the 103rd edition of The Big E.

Stroll the Avenue of States, feast on the latest fried food fad, marvel at giant pumpkins and prize-winning livestock, and catch John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band on the Court of Honor Stage! You may even glimpse Ad Club past president Scott Whitney on the Tilt-A-Whirl...

Bring a friend or the family and arrive anytime on the 25th to enjoy the fair. Join the Ad Club in the Brooks Building around 4pm for food and drink; then watch the parade from the terrace around 5:15pm. After the parade, you're free to go back to exploring The Big E on your own.

$20 pp for each member and their guest(s). Ticket includes:
  • Admission to The Big E

  • Parking pass for Gate 1

  • Daily Parade viewing from the Brooks Building terrace

  • Cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres

Deadline for registration is noon, September 19. Purchase tickets below or call us at 413-342-0533. We require your postal mailing address in order to send Big E credentials.

This is a members-only event. If you are not currently a member, signup today, reserve your event ticket, and join the Ad Club at The Big E on the evening of September 25th!

A special thank you to Noreen Tassinari and the Eastern States Exposition for their hospitality and continuation of the long-standing tradition of hosting the Ad Club's season kick-off meeting at the fair.

The Ad Club and the Eastern States Exposition have a long, shared history - the club presented Exposition founder Joshua L. Brooks and Exposition trustee Horace A. Moses with the Pynchon Award for community service in 1916, and the Exposition’s Betsi Sheehan Taylor served as president of the Ad Club from 1977-78. Noreen is a longtime member of the Ad Club.
