From the dawn of man to the technology of today, ideas that turn into concepts to tell a story are the focus of the 2010 ADDY® Awards. Getting back to basics and acknowledging the art of the craft that we as artists, designers, writers and producers call advertising, we invite you to set your creative spirit free and share your talents! Entry Deadline: Thursday, February 4, 2010 - 5pm
(Monday, February 1, 2010 postmark for mail entries)
Awards Night: Thursday, March 18, 2010 - CityStage, Springfield, MA

Eligibility
All work entered in the ADDY® competition must have first appeared in the media between January 1 and December 31, 2009. With the exceptions of Public Service Advertising, Advertising for the Arts and Advertising Industry Self Promotion categories, work entered must have been the result of paid creative services and media placement in the normal course of business (excluding student entries).

Entry Fees
Club Members: $60 per entry, $80 per campaign
Non-members: $90 per entry, $115 per campaign
Students: $20 per entry or campaign

All Entries Must:
• Meet all eligibility and deadline requirements
• Be registered online in the correct category and be correctly identified (don't forget to identify your creative team so they'll be recognized in media releases and all winner publicity!)
• Include a completed and signed entry form
• Conform to defined submission requirements
• Conform to all copyright laws

Judging
The ADDY judging panel will include accomplished professionals from around the country, with multi-media experience. Judging will take place Thursday, February 11, 2010.

Notification
Should your work be awarded, you will receive a letter identifying which of your submitted entries has been chosen. Awards will be presented at the 2010 ADDY Awards on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at CityStage, Springfield, MA.

Deadline
Forms, entries and payment must be received by Thursday, February 4, 2010, delivered to Berkshire Bank Community Room at 1259 East Columbus Ave., Springfield, MA by 5 p.m. Mailed entries may be sent to the attention of Tracy Piper at Berkshire Bank, 1259 East Columbus Ave., Springfield, MA 01105 and must be postmarked no later than Monday, February 1, 2010.
